How does it lok like a week before race? Do you do any intervals few days before? How long and how fast (zone3,4,5?) And what do you prefere day before race? Do you make any activation a dey before race? have a good race and enjoy! :) W have also national championship in 50km, probably in very soft snow… It will be fun :)

Per Øyvind Torvik, former sprint coach in Norway taught us not to have elbows too much wide. And to use abdominal muscle to help push.
